2. What are cookies?
When you visit a website, it may store or retrieve information about your browser, usually in the form of cookies or similar technologies such as web beacons, pixels, etc. (hereinafter collectively referred to as "cookies"). This information may relate to you, your preferences or your device, and is mainly used to make the website work as you expect. This information does not usually identify you directly, but it can give you a more personalised web experience. You have the right and the option to choose not to allow certain types of cookies.
A cookie is a file that the website downloads to your computer or device (computer or mobile device) in order to store and retrieve information about your browsing on that website or on other websites visited before or afterwards.
The information collected through cookies may include your IP address and other browsing data. Cookies therefore make it possible, among other things, to uniquely identify the user (even if they change location or IP address) and to obtain information about their browsing habits.
We also inform you that, when we refer to cookies, we may also be referring to other similar technologies, such as web beacons or "bugs", Flash cookies, pixels and "fingerprinting" techniques.
3. Types of cookies
We classify cookies into different categories according to their function and purpose. Depending on the company that manages them, we may use the following types of cookies:
- First-party cookies: cookies sent to the user's system from a system or domain managed by the publisher and from which the service requested by the user is provided.
- Third-party cookies: cookies sent to the user's system from a system or domain that is not managed by the publisher but by another company that processes the data obtained through the cookies.
Depending on their purpose, we may use the following types of cookies:
- Technical or strictly necessary cookies: These cookies are necessary for the website to function and cannot be switched off in our systems. They are usually only set in response to actions made by you that amount to a request for services, such as setting your privacy preferences, logging in or filling in forms. You can set your browser to block or alert you about these cookies, but some parts of the website will then not work. These cookies do not store any personally identifiable information.
- Analytics or performance cookies: These cookies allow us to count visits and traffic sources so that we can measure and improve the performance of our website. They help us to know which pages are the most and least popular and to see how visitors move around the site. All information these cookies collect is aggregated. If you do not accept these cookies, we will not know when you have visited our website and will not be able to monitor its performance.
- Functional cookies: These cookies enable the website to provide enhanced functionality and personalisation. They may be set by us or by third-party providers whose services we have added to our pages. If you do not accept these cookies, some or all of these services may not function properly.
- Behavioural advertising cookies: These cookies may be set through our website by our advertising partners. These companies may use them to build a profile of your interests and show you relevant adverts on other websites. They do not directly store personal information but are based on uniquely identifying your browser and internet device. If you do not allow these cookies, you will experience less targeted advertising.
The storage of and access to information on your device, including the subsequent processing of your personal data, carried out by means of strictly necessary cookies is essential to provide you with a service that you have expressly requested and to pursue our legitimate interests (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) in making our website available to you, as well as to ensure the stability and efficiency of the system and to implement appropriate security measures in relation to our website and our services.
The storage of and access to information on your end device, including the subsequent processing of your personal data, carried out by means of performance cookies, functional cookies and targeting cookies is not strictly necessary to visit our website. We will only store, access and process your information and personal data by means of such cookies if you have given us your prior consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) and in accordance with Article 21 of the Spanish Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce Act (LSSICE).

4.1 OneTrust cookie consent management tool
We use the cookie consent management tool provided by OneTrust (OneTrust Technology Limited, 82 St. John Street, Farringdon, London EC1M 4JN, United Kingdom). With this tool, we offer you the possibility to give, manage and withdraw your consent, thereby safeguarding your rights under the applicable regulations. In addition, consent is documented as legal proof and the cookie settings are technically controlled. For this purpose, cookies are used to store your preferences on our website.
In this context, we process your IP address and, if you give your consent, information about your browser, country, device, pseudonymous browser identifier, as well as the history of consents given or withdrawn by group/solution, including the date and time of each change. This allows us to keep legal proof of the consent given. In this way, your preferences will be retained for future visits, provided you do not delete your cookies beforehand. You can change your settings at any time.
Your personal data is processed in order to offer you the possibility to give your consent to the use of cookies and to document that consent, to ensure that you can withdraw it and to manage your settings. The processing of your data is based on our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) in complying with our legal obligations and in managing and documenting your consent.
4.2 Google Consent Manager
We use "Google Consent Manager" on our website, a service provided by Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland ("Google").
"Google Consent Manager" is used to manage consent and control Google tools in order to ensure compliance with data protection regulations and cookie consent requirements.
"Google Consent Manager" allows us to take your cookie consent settings into account, especially in relation to the use of Google products such as Google Analytics.
- If you give your consent, your default and/or updated consent settings will be transferred to Google, and Google tools will be used to improve your experience by measuring website performance.
- If you have not consented to the use of cookies, no data will be transferred to Google.
The data processing is based on our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) in complying with our legal obligations and in managing and documenting your consent.

4.3 Google Tag Manager
We use Google Tag Manager on our website, a service provided by Google (Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland — and, for all persons located outside the EEA or Switzerland, Google LLC, 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA) to manage tracking and analytics tags with our own and third-party software. Tags are small pieces of code that help us control which page or service elements or tools are activated and loaded, and in what order, among other functions, in order to measure traffic, analyse visitor behaviour, understand the impact of our advertising, set up remarketing and target-group segmentation, and test and optimise our website.
Google Tag Manager is only an auxiliary service that makes it easier to integrate and manage our tags through an interface. Google Tag Manager only implements tags, which means that it does not use its own cookies or collect personal data itself. It triggers other tags, which in turn may collect personal data. However, Google Tag Manager does not access this data. The data processing is based on consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).

- Pages visited,
- first visit to the website, start of the session, web pages visited,
- your "click path", interaction with the website, scrolls (whenever a user scrolls to the bottom of the page (90%)), clicks on external links, internal search queries, interaction with videos, file downloads and adverts seen or clicked.

On our behalf, Google will use this information to evaluate your use of the website and to compile reports on website activity. The reports provided by Google Analytics 4 are used to analyse the performance of our website.
The information collected by cookies about your use of this website is generally transferred to a Google server in the USA and stored there. Google Analytics 4 has IP anonymisation enabled by default.
Due to IP anonymisation, Google will shorten your IP address within Member States of the European Union or in other States party to the Agreement on the European Economic Area.
Only in exceptional cases will the full IP address be transferred to a Google server in the USA and shortened there.
According to Google, the IP address transmitted by your browser as part of Google Analytics will not be merged with other Google data.

4.5 Google Ads
We use Google Ads on this website. Google Ads is an online advertising programme provided by Google Ireland Limited ("Google"), Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland.
Using Google Ads allows us to display adverts on the Google search engine or on third-party websites when a user enters certain search terms into Google (keywords). In addition, personalised adverts can be shown based on user data held by Google, such as location data and user interests (audience targeting). As operators of our website, we can evaluate this data quantitatively, for example by analysing which search terms led to our adverts being shown and how many of them resulted in clicks.
In this context, the following data may be collected and processed: your online identifiers, including cookie identifiers and IP address, device identifiers, the number of ad impressions per placement (frequency), the last impression (relevant for post-view conversions) and opt-out information (an indication that a user no longer wishes to be contacted).
The legal basis for the processing of your personal data is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). You can withdraw your consent at any time via the cookie settings.

These technologies enable Google and its partners to serve adverts based on users' visits to this and other websites on the internet.
The information collected through these cookies may include, in particular, data such as IP address, browser type and device information, pages visited and interactions on the website.

4.7 Datadog
To ensure a stable and reliable experience when using our website, we use cookies provided by DataDog Inc. Maintaining the stability and performance of our website and the checkout process is essential to offering a website that works properly and meets users' expectations. For this reason, this checkout stability monitoring feature helps us to accurately detect and resolve any interruptions or error messages that may occur on the website.

Website performance metrics, such as load times, error rates and response delays;
Types of errors that occur during the registration or checkout process;
General functionality of the ordering and subscription process.
These cookies are used to link actions within the same browsing session and to maintain continuity in the event of temporary interruptions (for example, loss of connection or a browser crash). The information collected is used for technical monitoring, troubleshooting and improving the reliability and security of the website. Session cookies are used to maintain a temporary session identifier and expire automatically after a short period of inactivity. The data collected is deleted after 90 days.
You can find more information about the data collected here: https://docs.datadoghq.com/real_user_monitoring/application_monitoring/browser/data_collected/#default-attributes.

4.9 Albacross
We use Albacross (Albacross Nordic AB) to analyse traffic and gain insight into the types of companies that visit our website. Albacross uses cookies and similar technologies to collect information about website visitors, including IP address, cookie identifiers and other similar online identifiers, browser and device information, and website access data (such as pages visited and timestamps).
This information is used to identify companies visiting our website by matching based on IP address and, where possible, to obtain company-level attributes such as company name, industry and approximate geographic location. In certain cases, in particular where the visitor operates as a sole trader, this information may also constitute personal data (for example, where the registered company name contains the name of a natural person). This allows us to better understand our audience and improve our website content and user experience. We do not use this data for targeting or advertising purposes.
In addition, Albacross may process the collected data for its own purposes, such as maintaining and improving its company database and providing its services (including company analytics and intent data) to other customers. This may include using data for company-level targeted advertising and sharing data with external data providers. In this context, Albacross acts as an independent controller. You can find more information about how Albacross processes personal data in the Albacross privacy policy: https://www.albacross.com/privacy-policy.
