How and when can I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel whenever you like. If you do so before the end of the contracted period, you'll pay an early cancellation charge calculated based on your contract and the time remaining.

What are the requirements?

You must be at least 19, hold a valid DNI or residence card (with passport), and have a driving licence valid in Spain that you've held for at least 1 year.

Can I switch cars during my subscription?

Yes, you can switch to another model once 6 months have passed since you signed the contract.

What happens if the car needs repairs?

Repairs due to wear and tear during the subscription are covered by MOCEAN.

Is maintenance included?

Yes, all the maintenance your car needs is included in the monthly fee.

With a MOCEAN car subscription, everything is included in your monthly fee: insurance, maintenance, servicing and taxes.

What is a car subscription?

A car subscription lets you drive the car of your choice for a set period, paying a fixed monthly fee. With MOCEAN you can subscribe to a Hyundai for 3, 6, 12 or 24 months. You pay the same fee throughout the period and you don't have to buy the car at the end.

What does the subscription include?

All-inclusive means your monthly fee covers the costs of the car: fully comprehensive insurance, maintenance, servicing, MOT (ITV), road tax and roadside assistance. Only fuel, parking, tolls and any fines are at your own expense.

Get your Hyundai with MOCEAN in four steps

1. Registration
Choose your car and register on the MOCEAN website. It's a 100% digital process: it only takes a few minutes!
2. Financial assessment
We carry out a simple solvency check to confirm the viability of your subscription.
3. Collection at the dealership
Choose the Hyundai dealership participating in MOCEAN where you'd like to collect your car. We'll call you to confirm the location, date and time. When you collect it, all you need to bring is your ID (DNI) and your driving licence.
4. Return
When your subscription ends, you return the car to the same dealership, clean and with the same fuel level as when you collected it. Or, if you prefer, you can swap it for another Hyundai.

What subscription length can I choose?

You can subscribe for 3, 6, 12 or 24 months (the 3-month option is only available on some models). And even if your subscription hasn't finished, you can switch cars every 6 months if your contract is longer. You can cancel whenever you like; if you do so before the end of the contracted period, an early cancellation charge will apply based on your contract and the time remaining.
